  Our initial meeting to make arrangements for the cremation of my stepdad went very well. The gal who worked with us was knowledgeable, sympathetic, and caring. Once the check was paid, however, communication became nil. My mom ordered thank you cards and never received them. She made NUMEROUS calls to All County and no one ever returned them. This put a blemish on our positive impression of the funeral home.

  The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I want to give a special recommendation and thank you to Toni Ramos who helped me and my family from beginning to end. No matter how many times you have to deal with this type of situation it's never easy, so I had lots of questions. Toni was very patient with me and answered all my questions with no problem. I would recommend them to everybody who need this type of service.

  They are the kindest people and the best care they gave at this time of need. They took care of all the things I couldn't do at this time. I thank you all so very much. God blessed me with you...thank you all. Special thanks to Kevin and David and Juliann for all your help. Very special people.
